  We can receive the photo in two ways:
  • When you have placed your order, post the photo (not the negative) to us and quote the order number. It will be returned to you with the order. Or, if you are sending the photo candle directly to the recipient let us know and we will return the photo to you under separate cover.
  • Send us a scan or digital photo as an attachment in an email quoting your order number ( jpeg format only please ).


Remember:

  • The better the photo, the better the image will appear on the photo candle
  • Try to pick a photo without too much background noise (we will always try to bring out the subject and minimise the background if appropriate).
